The 60-Day Trial

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to try Olamora. If it doesn't work for you, email us at hello@olamora.com and we'll refund every cent. No forms, no restocking fees, no back-and-forth.

Give It Time to Work

We recommend using it daily for at least two weeks before deciding. Overnight fluid retention builds and releases in cycles, most people notice the clearest difference once it's part of a routine, not from a single use.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@olamora.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll walk you through the rest. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've confirmed your request.

Cancellations

We process orders quickly so they ship on time. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to stop it before it ships, but you're still covered by the 60-day trial above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice.
