Every order ships free, worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before they're handed off to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after they're handed off to the carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.

Delays

Shipping carriers occasionally run into delays outside our control, weather, customs, or high-volume periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us and we'll look into it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, sometimes packages are marked delivered a day or two early. If it's genuinely missing, email us at hello@olamora.com and we'll help you sort it out.
